    The Opportunity:


    Our Hearing Healthcare Practice in Raleigh is seeking a Physician Liaison to significantly grow the number of patient referrals to the practice each month.  A strong sales background is required for this role because we are in need of someone who has no fear of pounding the pavement and the phones. The sales professional will increase referrals through scheduling physician appointments, public speaking events, and networking.  This sales guru will possess the following personality traits: self-motivated, creative, goal-oriented, the drive to succeed, self-directed, and the ability to engage and converse with physicians, to name a few. The PDR will also be responsible for creating call lists, maintaining current referral sources, and selling to physicians.     • Call on physicians and sell our services to secure referrals for our healthcare practice.
    • Develop and deliver weekly routing schedule to superior.
    • Work with owner/Director of Operations to create materials to deliver to physicians.
    • Schedule, create materials for and conduct public speaking engagements and health fairs.








    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 2 – 3 years successful business-to-business sales experience required
    • Experience visiting and marketing to physicians or other professionals strongly preferred.  
    • Demonstrated sales results, organization, focus and determination
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Strong persuasiveness and presentation skills



    Benefits Include:

    $60K-$75K base plus sales compensation and benefits package.
