Responsibilities

 

    • We currently seek a dynamic Data Analyst to design & deliver daily, weekly and monthly accurate business insight across various mediums with an internal and external focus, supporting customers that range from senior management, field sales management, Associates and various other internal departments. Complete ad-hoc requests accurately and efficiently. Must be able to innovate and develop new processes and deliverables which have constantly changing requirements and desired analytical values. Manage new projects under the department director, and prepare recommendations based on analysis of metrics and interaction with the intended audience. Provide trainings on various sales tools to both clients and sales managers. Document process flows and identify any bogs or weak points. The ideal candidate will quickly create standard operating procedures for all reporting required, and then utilize their skills to analyze the current tools to make recommendations and lead discussion about improvements and enhancements. The Data Analyst we seek will take a lead position on all projects and provide subject matter expertise in their analysis.

       

      Essential Functions

      • Identification and classification of strategic accounts; provide backbone to program.
      • Exceptional Excel skills: Should be able to design, execute and automate a monitoring process for our strategic accounts from green field.
      • Provide ad-hoc reporting as directed by sales leadership and/or senior management.
      • Work with IT organization to develop and produce an enhanced analytical and monitoring and reporting package, and take part in the design and use of said package.
      • Provide support and reporting on customer and sales compliance with ahaanavigator.com guidepost completion.
      • Develop and master each advancing technology introduced in order to best deliver our product to our audience.
      • Facilitate Associate adoption and utilization of AHAA tools either telephonically or in person.
      • Facilitate in the production and presentation of financial and business deep dive analytical packages.
      • Account analysis and presentation portfolio analysis; risk assessment.
      • Support development of best practices and standard operating procedures as needed to internal and external customers.

      Overall Responsibilities to Generate Success:

      • Demonstrate understanding of AHAA services
      • Partner with Owners, Directors, Hearing Professionals and other key staff members
      • Communicate with key decision makers to present AHAA services and value proposition
      • Record accurate customer data into CRM system and other systems
      • Ensure account team activity is of high value and it is perceived that way by the account
      • Approach each account pro-actively, at the same time being prepared to react quickly to highly at-risk situations.

Qualifications

 

        • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
        • Exceptional and demonstrable Excel skills
        • Project coordinator mentality
        • Ability to define and manage an action plan and execute upon each step of the plan

        SKILLS & ABILITIES

        Education : Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university)

        Experience : Two to four years related experience

        Computer Skills

        Exceptional Excel skills, Advanced Microsoft Office level (Word, PowerPoint, Access), Microsoft Query,

        SQL, other analytical tools preferred but not required
