The entire staff of each office is there to support the role of the audiologist. Often times we hear from AuD's that they are not supported in their current role. At this practice, EVERYONE is there to support the health care professional- the Audiologist. This practice is an integral part of the community. They educate and cooperate with the physicians, give talks and educational seminars about SNHL, and the consumer's market for hearing aids. They have never, and will never pitch the community on the devices themselves but rather educate them and then give them options on the status of hearing instruments. When done properly- the choice to come do business with them is the choice the patients make.
