A private Hearing Healthcare practice in Dallas,TX (near Plano) is looking for a motivated individual to help cover the front office desk as needed as well as help out with our marketing events/efforts. We are looking for the right personality who will represent our practice with professionalism.
This employee must be driven, poised, articulate, and possess the strongest of communication skills.This position will consist of but not limited to: attending health & wellness events, calling and scheduling leads from these events, placing outbound calls to current patients for upgrades, recalling patients in our database for services due and reaching out to Physician offices in the area to bring awareness of our practice and the expertise/services we are able to provide their patients. Some front office coverage may be needed as well.
Candidate must be flexible and thrive well in a fast-paced environment.Prior medical office, medical assistant, technician experience would be great for this position. We treat our patients like family and would like them to continue to be treated as such. We are looking for professionals who want to enhance their skills and treat our patients in the utmost professional manner.
2 years front office experience preferably in a medical retail environment Must be computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs.
Must be able to work well independently and be detailed-oriented.

Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
