We are looking to add a member to our team/family oriented hearing healthcare practice. The team works very well together and everyone is considered family. We work hard and are rewarded very well for their efforts. The practice truly cares about the hearing healthcare of the community, getting the word out and educating the people to the best of their ability. Encouraging forward-thinking and continue to expand our outreach efforts through-out the territory.
Our team receives continued training to help with their performance as well as the practice’s needs and growth. Our practice enjoys promoting from within our valued team, room to grow within the practice is encouraged for great worth ethics and performance!
The qualified team member we seek will help with the front desk activities such as: meeting/greeting the patients, answering the phone, verifying insurance and administrative work. Also, we train and encourage our employees to become a valued member of our hearing healthcare arena and exude a passion for educating the community about hearing loss. As part of our day we avidly contact leads as well as patients in their database to help educate and bring them back into the practice, needing hearing aid checks, etc. We are always out and about in the community actively involved with health and wellness fairs in the community, dedicated to get the awareness to get the education to the community regarding hearing healthcare.
