We are looking to add a member to our team/family oriented hearing healthcare practice. The team works very well together and everyone is considered family. We work hard and are rewarded very well for their efforts. The practice truly cares about the hearing healthcare of the community, getting the word out and educating the people to the best of their ability. Encouraging forward-thinking and continue to expand our outreach efforts through-out the territory.

Our team receives continued training to help with their performance as well as the practice’s needs and growth. Our practice enjoys promoting from within our valued team, room to grow within the practice is encouraged for great worth ethics and performance!

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedules patient appointments including follow-up and rescheduling of missed appointments.
  • Greets patient and obtains, verifies, updates and compiles all registration, demographic and insurance information required.
  • Answers telephone.
  • Prepares patient medical record for new patients and updates information for existing patients.
  • Contacts patients by telephone or mail regarding appointments, insurance information and/or payment issues.
  • Provides relief coverage in other Modules, as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Help with Marketing efforts/health fairs, etc.

We are looking for a team player who has great computer skills, prior healthcare and/or marketing experience a plus.
