A growing private Hearing Practice in West Chester, Pa is seeking an administrative assistant for their location. Prior medical office experience is a plus. Duties will include all clerical, administrative duties, answering phones, data entry/transferring patient information to the computer as well as patient interaction. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, focused, pleasant and out-going personality, ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to travel to Center City/Philadelphia, PA at times. A competitive hourly rate is offered and healthcare benefits (paid in part by the employer), PTO time, sick days and paid holidays.
