We currently seek a dynamic inside sales professional to drive growth by delivering AHAA’s practice building services to hearing health care providers- both our member practices and audiology/ENT prospects.

 

As a Program Sales Specialist you will be responsible for driving growth within your portfolio of practices by leveraging your superior sales ability, servant-leader attitude, and  exceptional interpersonal skills. If you possess high energy, a commitment to personal and professional growth and the desire to use your success to create a path toward a senior field sales role  then please read on!

Responsibilities

                   

          • Present AHAA's value proposition to key decision makers 
          • Prepare sales forecast and activity reports
          • Build, manage & grow assigned portfolio of accounts

Qualifications

                    

          • Ability to learn & articulate AHAA’s core practice growth values
          • Solid computer skills to include MS-Office skills, proficiency in utilizing a CRM (we use SalesLogix)
          • 2-5 years of sales experience
          • Demonstrated record of turning prospects into clients  
          • Excellent telephone presence coupled with solid verbal & written communication skills   
          • Commitment to high ethical and professional standards of conduct
          • Customer-focused attitude with an ability to manage all customer relationships with a high degree of commitment 
          • Demonstrated record of sales success (e.g., rewards, recognition, etc.)
          • Medical device or health care industry experience highly preferred

           

          Education:

           

            • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
