Our Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for partnering with our associate practices with the goal of saving time and money, which impacts their businesses and providing a positive ordering experience within one of today’s fastest growing industries.

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

    • Outbound calls and conversations with ordering and non-ordering AHAA associates
    • Answer inbound calls from associates to receive orders, quote pricing and answer questions
    • Develop thorough understanding of manufacturers' products
    • Manage assigned portfolio of Accounts
    • Document all call activity in CRM (SalesLogix)
    • Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager; follow up on all assigned tasks and targets

Qualifications

    • Must have excellent verbal communication skills
    • Must have the innate desire to succeed
    • Computer skills are necessary to manage your portfolio
    • A demonstrated ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task
    • Associate Degree preferred
    • One to two years related experience
    • Previous Tele-Sales experience
