Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient calls and effectively manage schedule
  • Contact patients to confirm/reschedule appointments.
  • Track and achieve daily scheduling metrics. 
  • Greet patients immediately upon their arrival and provide excellent customer service.
  • Type correspondence for professionals.
  • Grow the practice by capturing new patient appointments, referrals, and proactively filling the schedule.

 

We are family focused and offer normal business hours so you can be at home with your loved ones. Our staff is here to support each other and we are looking for our newest member to come onboard and help take our team to the next level. This is a part-time position 3-4 days a week.

 

  • Associates degree preferred but not required- given the right work ethic.
