We are a successful & growing private hearing healthcare practice that has been serving the community since 1997 and we currently seek to add clerical support person to our staff.  The successful candidate will have a desire to learn how to help to run a busy, high-energy and growing practice.  Our practice is located in beautiful Daly City, CA, just south of San Francisco. Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the practice schedule
  • Make patient appointments by phone and in person
  • Make appointment confirmation calls
  • Follow-up phone calls with referring physicians for required paperwork
  • Prepare patient charts
  • Hearing aid check-in
  • Maintain patient records and pull charts for patient days
  • Assist in maintaining office data base
  • Type hearing aid delivery receipts

Qualifications

Position Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to effectively use office software programs
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Strong verbal phone communications skills
  • Punctual and good attendance

Office Hours:             Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
