Overview

Front Office Coordinator (Redmond, WA)
Evergreen Speech & Hearing Clinic, Inc., is looking for a full-time Front Office Coordinator to be part of a nationally recognized, private practice on the Eastside. Candidates should have great people skills, be organized, and be able to work both alone and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

Daily tasks include scheduling, recalls, project management, supply orders, problem-solving, greeting patients, medical billing, organizing, and light housecleaning. Computer skills and a commitment to learning are a must. Past medical and front office experience helpful.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred
  • Must be computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be able to work well independently and be detailed-oriented

The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Excellent people and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
