We are a leading provider of hearing services in the Charlotte, NC area. We are growing and have an opening in our well-established, four office private practice, for a high energy Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team.

We are dedicated to providing personal attention to each patient and using the most current methods for identifying and addressing hearing problems. The focus of our practice is to build long-term relationships with our patients and help them stay connected to their world.

The ideal team member should
be driven and have a passion for serving other and a burning desire to make a difference by helping patients hear well again. The ideal candidate will be licensed in North Carolina but we do offer sponsorship for those that are licensed in another state.

Base plus commission plan


Daily tasks and responsibilities

  • Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids.
  • Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
  • Program hearing aids using a computer.
  • Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems.
  • Maintain documentation and patient files.



  • Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.


The successful Hearing Instrument Specialist will also possess the following:

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients and team members.
