    We are a fully accredited 501(c)3 charity providing ancillary services to the elderly and infirm confined to nursing homes across the Front Range of Colorado.  We service 77 locations and 6,000 patients from our Denver base ranging from Fort Collins, CO to Colorado Springs, CO. We are currently seeking a full-time Audiologist who is driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients hear well again. The ideal candidate must be strong clinically, kind and caring with the elderly and infirm, and have the ability to effectively counsel while building excellent patient rapport. This will be a traveling role expecting to typically visit one location per day in the territory listed above.

    Responsibilities

    Daily tasks and responsibilities

    • Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids.
    • Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
    • Program hearing aids using a computer.
    • Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems.
    • Maintain documentation and patient files.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Masters Degree in Audiology but Au.D. is preferred.
    • Active and current Colorado hearing aid dispensing license.

    • The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members.
