We are a private Hearing Healthcare practice in Gig Harbor, WA and we are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to prospect for new patients, call existing patients, and schedule appointments for hearing aid fittings. If you are one who is looking for an exciting opportunity to single-handedly impact a business within a growing industry, look no further!

     

    This position can also be based out of our Tacoma location.

     

    Full or Part time.

     

    Position Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma
    • Business school or associates degree equivalent is a plus.
    • 2-3 years experience in telemarketing, inside sales or appointment setting
    • Prior outbound dialing experience is required
    • Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Must be able to work well independently

    The ideal candidate will also possess:

    • Great listening and closing skills
    • Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent verbal and writing skills
    • Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
