    Are you interested in joining a team in the fast-growing health care industry?   ALLSOUND HEARING, in the Twin Cities, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator/ Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee to assist with the management of our patients hearing needs.  The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, social, well organized and extremely responsible.  Typical duties include answering the phone, patient scheduling, customer service and office duties.  Computer skills are required and an ability to multi-task is very important. 

     

    In addition to administrative duties, you will be provided training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist, under the direct supervision of a state certified practitioner. You will perform complete hearing tests, select appropriate amplification, order product, program and fit hearing aids. In addition, perform outcome measures for fitting verification and maintain patient files while providing a high level of client service. Other duties will include, hearing aid service, phone answering and patient scheduling.

    Primary Requirements:

    • 2+ years previous experience with phone sales or customer service role. 
    • Must be outgoing, positive, and have excellent communication skills.
    • General administrative and/or accounting experience.
    • Moderate computer literacy (experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, One Note). Ability to accurately maintain patient records.
    • Social Media experience including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, Yelp.
    • Believe in the mission of our company to listen to and assist those with hearing loss
    • You must conduct outbound follow up calls to patients, prospect leads, and field inquiries from potential patients.
